Please find below a list of frequently asked questions about our products and services, if you cannot find the answer you require then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q.Is there a minimum order amount?

A. There is no minimum order quantity, however there is an additional shipping charge of £1.20 for orders under £5.

Q. How do I personalise my order?

A. You can enter the details required for the customisation of your items in the personalisation details section when placing your order or alternatively send us an email at info@contemporarycardcompany.com .

Q. How will I receive the proof for my order?

A. Proofs are sent as a PDF to the email address supplied when placing your order and we always await approval before printing invitation orders.

Q. Can I change the standard message on the cards?

A. The text on all of our items can be customised to suit your requirements, simply enter the details as you would like them printed in the appropriate section or email them directly to info@contemporarycardcompany.com (including your order ref no).

Q. Can I re-order more cards?

A. We keep the templates for all orders so we can re-print your order should you find you need a few extras with no hassle at all. Simply place your order and request they are printed as previously and we will get them assembled and dispatched ASAP.

Q. How do I request a free sample?

A. We are more than happy to provide free samples as we are confident you will be impressed by our products. Simply send us a message using the ‘contact us’ form or via email to info@contemporarycardcompany.com, including the item you are interested in, your colour preferences for the card and embellishment, and your postal address, and we will get a sample posted out to you ASAP.

Q. How quickly will I receive my order?

A. Items order via our free standard delivery service are dispatched via courier within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment and personalisation details. Delivery takes an additional 3-5 working days.

Q. How will my order be delivered?

A. Items ordered via our free, standard delivery option will be dispatched by myHermes and tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Items ordered using our express delivery service will be dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Standard shipping is free to UK mainland address for all orders over £5, there is a charge of £1.20 for orders under £5.

If you require your order in a hurry please contact us to discuss our express service.

Q. Do you post internationally?

A. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements if you are from outside the UK mainland and we will be happy to work out a quote including the international postage for you.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Unfortunately as the items are personalised we are unable to accept returns.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or there is a mistake with your order please contact us and we will be happy to discuss a replacement or refund.

Please note that items (such as invitations) where proof approval from the customer has been obtained in advance of printing we accept no responsibility for mistakes.
